Here’s some free music from LA transplants (and Michigan natives) NowOn. The group is made up of three members – emcees Jackson Perry and IX Lives, and DJ Haircut. I met these dudes last summer and they are definitely working hard and making some ill music. This tape isn’t actually new, I think it came out late last year – but it’s a great listen. Featuring production from Black Milk and the Labtechs, and guest verses from the homey TiRon, Aloe Blacc, Buff1, and others. Hosted by the humbly arrogant DJ Houseshoes.
